Sling TV needed to improve acquisition efficiency across a $20MM+ paid social budget while growing brand awareness in a highly competitive streaming market.

The organization was heavily agency dependent, creating both high costs and slower optimization cycles.

The Challenge

I led acquisition and performance marketing initiatives focused on improving paid social efficiency while strengthening brand growth.

I redesigned the paid social strategy to improve CPA performance and built the business case to bring paid social in-house, reducing agency costs while increasing optimization speed and agility.

I also developed new audience segmentation and campaign strategies that unlocked incremental revenue growth and supported a 360° brand campaign reaching more than 500K viewers daily.
